Whether you’re seeking prevention, structured therapy, or long-term support for opioid recovery, our programs are built on compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep commitment to your healing.

01.

Level 0.5 – Early Intervention Services

Building Awareness. Preventing Dependence.

This service is focused on preventing the progression of substance use before it becomes a more severe disorder. This level of care focuses on intervening early, offering support to help individuals understand the potential consequences of their substance use and reduce the likelihood of progression.
It’s designed for individuals who are at risk for developing a substance use disorder due to concerning patterns of use or situations that increase vulnerability, such as legal issues or health concerns related to substance use. The goal in this level of care is to raise awareness, provide education, and encourage healthier choices before the development of a more serious condition.

02.

Level 1 Traditional Outpatient Services
At Focus Recovery Center, our Traditional Outpatient Counseling program offers flexible, evidence-based treatment for individuals seeking to manage substance use concerns while maintaining their daily routines. This level of care is ideal for those with mild substance use disorders, or for individuals transitioning from more intensive treatment.

What to Expect:

03.

Level 1: Opioid Maintenance Treatment (OMT)

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Supportive, Guided and Structured Recovery

At Focus Recovery Center, our Opioid Maintenance Treatment (OMT) program offers a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to recovery from opioid use disorder. This Level 1 outpatient program combines FDA-approved medications—such as methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone®)—with individualized counseling and proven therapeutic interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support long-term change.

What Our OMT Program Includes:

  • Methadone Maintenance Therapy (MMT) to reduce withdrawal and cravings
  • Buprenorphine (Suboxone®) as a clinically appropriate option
  • Ongoing medical and clinical assessments to ensure safety and treatment effectiveness
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address thought patterns and behaviors related to substance use with goal-focused and specific outcomes in mind
  • Mental health referrals to address co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, or trauma
  • Individualized treatment planning that allows a personalized and more targeted approach, ensuring that treatment methods, therapies, and interventions are tailored to the person rather than using a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
  • Relapse prevention support that is inclusive of identifying triggers, developing coping strategies, building a support network, creating a crisis plan and ongoing monitoring

04.

Level II.I Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)

Structured, Flexible and Guided

At Focus Recovery Center, our Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) program offers a higher level of care for individuals seeking structured support while living at home. IOP is designed for those who need more than traditional outpatient counseling but do not require and/or are unable to enter an inpatient treatment program.

Our IOP program helps clients build the skills and support system they need to succeed in recovery while living in their own community.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your recovery, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

IOP Focus:

  • Comprehensive Therapy: A combination of individual and group therapy to address the complex aspects of substance use and recovery.
  • Structured Schedule: Typically involving a minimum of 9 hours of treatment per week, with sessions scheduled to accommodate work, school, or family commitments.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Evidence-based treatment to help identify negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and manage cravings.
  • Group Support: Regular group therapy sessions where clients can connect with others in recovery, share experiences, and build a support network.
  • Relapse Prevention: Focused strategies to help individuals recognize triggers, avoid relapse, and stay on track with their recovery goals.
  • Holistic Approaches: Complementary services such as life skills training, stress management, and mental health support to promote overall well-being.
  • Toxicology screens to assist in assessing effectiveness and adherence

Family Support through the Concerned Persons Program

Empowering Loved Ones to Support Lasting Recovery

We believe that family and friends play a crucial role in helping motivate, encourage, and guide individuals throughout their treatment and recovery process. By offering targeted family services, we strengthen the overall support system, ensuring that both the client and their loved ones have the tools to succeed.
Our Concerned Persons Program is designed to equip the individuals support system by providing tools that they need to effectively support the person in treatment and recovery. Through education, resources, and healthy communication channels, we empower these individuals to contribute positively to the recovery journey.
We recognize that recovery is ultimately the responsibility of each client. However, we also understand that external support is vital during this process and beyond. The involvement of family and significant others can greatly enhance the effectiveness of treatment, providing an additional layer of strength and stability. Our Concerned Persons Program is not open to the clients.
