Our Mission

To provide FRC clients with comprehensive outpatient services through integrative care systems, including opioid maintenance services and other evidence-based treatment to support recovery from Opioid Use Disorder and other Substance Use Disorders. We embrace a holistic approach, addressing the physical, emotional, and social dimensions of recovery. By offering education, encouragement, support, and access to vital resources, we work to remove barriers and lessen the impact of substance use on individuals, their families, and the community. Our goal is to guide and empower clients toward a healthier, more fulfilling life with a meaningful and functional role in society.

FRC provides individualized treatment services that actively involve clients, their families, support systems, and community partners. Recognizing Substance Use Disorders as a chronic and progressive disease, FRC is committed to educating and stabilizing clients while promoting wellness across all areas of life—including physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, familial, and legal domains. Our goal is to reduce criminal behavior, overdose incidents, and relapse rates, while fostering self-awareness, improving treatment outcomes, and
