Our Outpatient programs have been developed to meet the unique needs of those impacted by substance use. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan focused on building stability, self-awareness, and resilience in recovery.
Early Intervention Level 0.5

This service is focused on preventing the progression of substance use before it becomes a more severe disorder. This level of care focuses on intervening early, offering support to help individuals understand the potential consequences of their substance use and reduce the likelihood of progression.

It’s designed for individuals who are at risk for developing a substance use disorder due to concerning patterns of use or situations that increase vulnerability, such as legal issues or health concerns related to substance use. The goal in this level of care is to raise awareness, provide education, and encourage healthier choices before the development of a more serious condition.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (OMT)

Safe, Monitored Recovery from Opioid Dependence

Our OMT department offers a medically supervised treatment option for individuals recovering from opioid use disorder. We combine FDA-approved medications with behavioral therapy for lasting success.

Treatment Includes:

  • Access to Methadone or Buprenorphine
